Collaboration with retail-experience specialists One Fine Day to rebrand Mind’s national network of high street shops. Rooted in the charity’s recent brand refresh, we developed a retail brand proposition and full suite of in-store communications, bringing their brand to life across the full range of business-critical areas, from volunteering to donations to price-led promotions. The project also included budget and out-of-town stores and the launch of Mind’s one-of-a-kind Carnaby Street boutique.
